WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That a certain unplatted tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE') of the Northeast Quarter (NE'), Section Twenty Five (25), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, not exceeding twenty (20) acres so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary thereof lies upon or touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, which point is 250.0 feet east of the Southwest corner of said Section; thence west along the south line of said Section Nineteen (19) and Section Twenty-four (24) Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, 1370.4 feet; thence south 200.0 feet; thence east 1370.4 feet; thence north 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby incorporated within the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
