AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas, prescribing the corporate limits of said City, and repealing Section
2 of Ordinance No. 6022.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a certain unplatted tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE') of the
Northeast Quarter (NE'), Section Twenty Five (25), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three
(3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, not exceeding twenty (20)
acres so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary thereof lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Section Nineteen
(19), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, which point is 250.0 feet east of the
Southwest corner of said Section; thence west along the south
line of said Section Nineteen (19) and Section Twenty-four (24)
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, 1370.4 feet; thence south 200.0 feet; thence
east 1370.4 feet; thence north 200.0 feet to the point of
beginning.

Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, not exceeding twenty
(20) acres so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary thereof lies upon or
touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Section Twenty
Four (24), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range 3 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, which point is 1120.4 feet west of
the southeast corner of said Section Twenty Four (24); thence
west along the south line of said Section Twenty Four (24),
640.0 feet; thence south 990.0 feet; thence east 640.0 feet;
thence north 990.0 feet to the point of beginning.

acres so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary thereof lies upon or touches
the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described

Beginning at a point which is the center line of Roach
Street and the south line of Leslie Avenue; thence west along
the south line of Leslie Avenue 1324.8 feet; thence south
990.0 feet; thence east 1324.8 feet; thence north 990.0 feet
to the place of beginning.

acres so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary thereof lies upon or touches the
boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point which is on the west line of Quincy
Street and the south line of Albert Avenue; thence west 1061.8
feet more or less, to the west right-of-way line of the Union
Pacific Railroad; thence south along the west line of said
railroad right-of-way to a point which is 800.0 feet south of
the north line described thence east 1040.0 feet more or less,

touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is on the west right-of-way of
Union Pacific Railroad and 800.0 feet directly south of the
south line of Albert Avenue; thence southerly along the said
railroad right-of-way 720.0 feet more or less, to a line 200.0
feet south of the quarter section line of Section Twenty Five
(25), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range 3 West of the Sixth

repealed.
