ORDINANCE NUMBER 6072

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Section lj, Ordinance Number 5562, and providing
for the repeal of the original Section 1, Ordinance Number 5562.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas;
! Section 1. SIDEWALK -LOCATION. That due to the unusual physical facts it is hereby
ordered that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed on the East side of Quincy

Street from the north line of Kirwin Avenue, thence north to the south line of Republic
i
Avenue, shall be placed so that the inside line of said sidewalks shall be 8.5 feet from the
private property line and 31.5 feet from the center line of Quincy Street. That all such
construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided by Section
23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. Mat this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
