RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4194
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AND THE CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL
ESTATE FOR THE SALE OF 621 WESTPORT BOULEVARD, SALINA, KANSAS, TO
KANSAS INDEPENDENT NETWORKS, INC., AND AN AGREEMENT FOR
ALLOCATION OF PURCHASE PRICE WITH CHARLES W. WALKER AND
CAROLYN L. WALKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE.
Section 1. The Acting Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the
City Clerk to attest an Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate between the City,
Charles W. Walker and Carolyn L. Walker, husband and wife, and Kansas
Independent Networks, Inc., in substantially the same form as the attached
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The Acting Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the
City Clerk to attest an Agreement for Allocation of Purchase Price between the
City and Charles W. Walker and Carolyn L. Walker, husband and wife, in
substantially the same form as the attached Exhibit "B".
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Acting
Mayor this 31 st day of May, 1990.
