RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4197
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND THE
CITY CLERK TO ATTEST A GRANT OF EASEMENT IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 15
SOUTH, RANGE 3 WEST TO KANSAS INDEPENDENT NETWORK, INCORPORATED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute for and on behalf of the City of Salina, Kansas, a Grant of Easement
in Section 7, Township 15 South, Range 3 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian a
certain easement to Kansas Independent Network, Incorporated in consideration
of the sum of Six hundred eighty-six and no/100 dollars ($686.00).
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this.
