Whereas we are preparing 'to open up a developement south al1l west
ot the present oity limits whioh vlill be known as IJJgermanson
Heights; and whereas said developement has bO'm submittod to the
planning board am oity oollllllission of Salina and the plat and
building restriotions have been approved by both bodies, aui',
said plat is noW in the proc ess of bei ng filed wi th the oounty
zoning board to become a 001"uty sub-dinsion. an.l whereas it is
neceslla.ry for us to secure the proper water suppJy and s60Vage dis-

being install in the vicinity of CIQud and Rush aI1d to
to extend said 6" main a.pproximl.tely 700 feet west to
our traot al1d to provide water to the residents of our
traot unler terro.s and conditions set f'orth by ,the city.
(2) Grs.nt us permission to oonned; to the sanitary sewers
noW located at or being i.1Stallei in the vicinity of
JeHell ani the By-pass with the provision that our ex-
tension and instalbtions shall all oomply with the
require:n.e.ats of the city and users of our traot assessed
ac:;ording to the existing policy of the city.
