the undersigned herewith petition your Honorable Hoard of
Coomission€rs to change the zoning of Lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7, Block 3,
V¡ni'rine's Addition to the Ci,y of Salina, Kansas from Zone "B" to
Zone "C".
We have signed a contract to purchase tiese 5 lots from Ora
G. McGee.
WI\! propose to construct on this site 11, two bed T'.:Jom wri.ts of

Total area of site is
approximately 41,000 square feet.
It is our understanding that all of Block 2, which is immediately
West of Block 3, is now zoaed "C" and that the South part of Block 3 also
is zoned
