We, the undersigned, resIdents and property owners in the city ot
Salina, Kansas, and owning property frontage immedIately to the rear of the
property sought to have rezoned in the above described petition of Carroll
J. Mergenson, and owning property frontage directly opposi~rthe frentage described
in said petition of Carroll J. Morgenson, do hereby protest the re.oning of said
property of CarDoll J. Jlorgenson as prayed for in said petition No. 1885.
We the said pro.,erty Qwnen with said frontage do herebJr protest any
reloning of said property of Carroll J. Korgenson to any Zoning District and
pray that such property be left in Zone or District A, First Dwelling House
District.
He hereby state to your Honorable Body that we all very well understood the
!Ii tuation as to the petition filed with you by Carroll J. lIorgenson upon August 21,
1956. We simply and positively do not want any kind of 5honping district put in
in our neighborhood. If the little store now on Cloud. should go out we will not
want another store there. We want this district to be a Zone A Residence District.
