Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for the permission to use lots Two
(2) ar.d Four (4), except the west 104' and the North 2$' of Lot Six (6) except
the Nest 1041 on Highland Avenue, in PRESCOl'T ADDITION, an addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. as a public parking lot for use by customers and
employees of Sears Center. This 'petition is subnitted pursuant to Section 23,
Ordinanre No. 5549 and specific reference is madeto subsection 3 thereof. The oWIIer
suffers llr.necessary hardship ar.d the granting of this petition v.ill notbe contrary
