We, the undersigned, do hereby petItion the Honorable Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina, SalIne County, Kansas, to vacate
College Avenue in said CIty south of the south boundary of North Street
and north of the right of way of the UnIon Pacific Railroad.
The Union
Pacific RaIlroad owns all of the abutting property on the west and south
of said track, and Mrs.
Emeral E. Constable owns all of the land abutting
said track on the east. .t?
