The owners of the real estate comprising the land included
in the proposed sub-division plat of a part of Blocks Seven (7) and
Eight (6) in Meadowlark Acres, an ad.li1ion to the City of Salina,
Kansas, hereby petition your honorab;e body for approval of said
sub-division plat hereto attached; said real estate being located in
the Southwest Quarter (SW!;;) of Section Twenty-five (25) Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) ~est of the 6th Principal
Meridian in Saline County, Kansas.
All real estate in the ?rol~sed plat is now located within
the city limits of the city of Salina. Kansas.
The o\mers of the real estate comprising said sub-division
arc Jack Leslie Gebhart, Gary Charle~; Gebhart, Charlotte M. Gebhart
and Raymond E. Haggart, Executor of the Estate of Emma Gebhart
Simmons, Deceased.
