1. Con~truction of the following improvements in Ridgeview
Addition, ~aline County, Kansas, pursuant to K.S.A. 12-6aOl et seq:
(a) A 20' wide 6" thick reinforced concrete street the entire
length of Ridgeview Road as shown on the recorded plat
thereof, without curbs, gutters or storm sewers.
(b) Water lines and sanitary sewer lines fo~ service to each
lot in Ridgeview Addition.
(c) Sewer lift station and forced main sufficient to service
an area of approximately 200 acres (including Ridgeview
Addition) with the land in Ridgeview Addition to be charged
with a part of the cost thereof in proportion to the entire
area to be served.
2. Ridgeview Addition shall constitute one improvement district
and all of the costs of said improvements to be assessed against
said improvement district shall be assessed 20% against Lot 7
and lOh against each of Lots 1, 2,3, 4, ~, 6, 8 and 9, payable
over a period of 20 years.
3. It is requested that said improvements be made without notice
and hearing as required by K.5.A. 1967 ~upp. 12-6a04(1). The
names of the undersigned may not be withdrawn afte)' the governing
body of the city commences consideration of the petition or later
than 7 days after this petition is filed, wH8hever occurs first.
4. The undersigned are the owners of all the land in Ridgeview
Addition.
