Fourteen (14) South. Ra~ge Two (2) West of the 6th Principal Meridian in
Saline County, Kansas, described as fol1ows:
Commencing at a point on
the west line Six Hundred Two and Fifty-Five One-Hundredths (602.55) feet
north of the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW~); thence north
Two Hundred Ninety-Two (292) feet; thence east Eight Hundred Ninety-Three
and Five-Tenths (893.5) feet to the right-of-way of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad; thence southwesterly along said right-of-way Nine Hundred Forty-
One and Six-Tenths (941.6) feet to the place of beginning in Saline County,
Kansas.
