The extent of the proposed improvementdistrict to be assessed is as indicated

The proposed method of assessment is: Cost divided equally to the seventeen (17)
lots in the benefit district. '

The proposed apporti-:mment of costs between the improvement district and the
c ity-at-l arge is one hundred percent ( 100 %) to be assessed
