the following proposed improvement: Remove vegetation, patch, level and apply
3/4" Machine Laid Seal to the following streets in Fox Run and Wheatridqe Sub-
divisions:
Foxboro Drive, Royal Drive, Canterbury Drive, Crescent
Drive, Brittany Street, Castle Court ,Mi dl and Street,
Hunter Court, Flint Street, Kingston Drive, Hartford Street,
Derby Street, FairwaY Street, and Glenshire. Street
hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article
Ga, Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statutes-Annotated, as amended.

The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is
One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00
(c)
The extent of the proposed improvement district to be.assessed is as indicated
on the attached plat and is described as follows:

The proposed method of assessment is: Contract between Owner and Contractor.

The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the
city-at-large is One Hundred percent (100 %) to be assessed
against the improvement district and percent

required by K.S.A. 12-GaO4(J) as amended.

the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
