22. Block 6: Lot 1. and part of Lot 2. Block 7 all in Meyer Addition to the Citv of
Salina. Kansas. and the north half of Lot 1. Rep1at of Block 1, Lots 1 throuGh 8, of Dow
Addition to the Citv of Salina. Kansas.
(0) The proposed method of assessment is: based on the adjusted front footage of each lot of land
and without regard to buildings or-improvement of the land.
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the City-at-large is:
One Hundred percent (100 %) to be assessed against the improvement district anci
