1. 100% of total cost of a normal 33' B-B and/or iI 29' B-B street,
including curbing, guttering, paving, grading and ilny incidentals
thereto to complete the street improvement.
2.100% of the total cost of storm sewer pipe, inlets, end sections,
trenching, backfill, and any incidentals thereto to complete the
drainage system.
3. 100% of the total cost of 6" water main, fittings, fire hydrants,
trenchi ng, backfill, compact i on, water servi ce 1 ines, and any
incidentals thereto to complete the water sy$tem.
4. 100% of the total cost of sanitary sewer pipe, manholes, tees,
trenching, backfill, compaction, and ilnyincidentals thereto to
complete the sanitary sewer system.
5. 50% of the total cost of sanitary sewer pump station, road surfacing,
and any i nci denta 1 s thereto to complete the san ita ry s ewer pump
station.
Cost Chargeable to City at Large
1. lOO% of the total cost of the street wi dening above the normil 1 33'
B-B street including paving, grilding, and any incidentals thereto
to complete the street improvement.
2. 50% of the total cost of sanitary sewer pump station, roild surfacing,
and any incidentals thereto to complete the sanitary sewer pump
station. To be assessed to the property South of Country Oilk Addi tion
when developed.
