View Addition: unplatted Tract "A".
hereby propose that luch Improvement be made In the manner provided by Article Sa, Chapter 12 of the Kansas
Statutes Annotated, as amended.
(B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is

Citv of Salina. Kansas: unplatted Tract "A".
(D) The proposed method of aneaament hI Based on a,n equal assessment per tract for water
àssessments without regard to buildings or improvement of the land.
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the Clty-at-large Isl
