Addition; and the unplatted Tract No.1 as described in the attached
Exhibit nAn.
The curbing, guttering, grading and paving of Holly Circle from Holly Lane
to the west cul-de-sac to serve Lots 1 through 10, Block 1, River Meadows
Addition.
The installation of a sanitary sewer main to serve Lots 1 through 10,
Block 1, River Meadows Addition; Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, Victoria
Heights Addition; and the Unplatted Tract No.1 as described in the
attached Exhibit nAn.
