Lot 9, BlocK 2 Woodland Hills Subdivision.
In an oversight on my part, this utility and
drainaqe easelrent was moved from Lots Four and Five to Lots Eight and Nine and dedicated
after Landmark Development had Lot 9 under contract to sell,
Therefore, we are asking for
this two and one-half (2.5) vacation, so that the building line set back win be seven and
