ORDINANCE NUMBER 6169

IAN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,
!Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED bythe Board of Comanissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDiWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
'that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb an the following described property, to -wit:
Cons ruction of curb bype sidewalk in the east parking of
Nort n Street in said City and abutting Lots 1, 31 4, 5, and
6 in Block 2 Southern View Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
That all such constriction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided

by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas,'
1948.
Section 2. E CTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect j
from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
