AN ORDINANCE providing for the regulation and operation of boats, and prohibiting water skiing
on the Smoky Hill River within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas, an& amending Ordinance
Number 6052.
BE IT ORDAINED by th Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1 A - 1 -1139- It shall be unlawful to operate a boat with a motor of more than
ten horsepower on the Smoky Hill River within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas, west of
Ohio Street.
Section 2. It hall be unlawful for any person to swim, water ski, or bathe in the Smoky
Rill River within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas. Section 2 of Ordinance Number 6052 is
repealed.
Section 3. Thi Ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon its adoption and
publication once in he official city paper.
