AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,;
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWAIK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalkslhere after constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside

line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property, to-#fi.t:
Construction of curb type sidewalk in the west parking
jof Lewis Street in said City and abutting Lots 12 and 13,
Block 1, Claflin Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
(Construction of curb type sidewalk in the south parking
lof Crawford Street and abutting lot 1. Block 6, Bonds'
'Addition th the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Construction of curb type sidewalk in the west parking
of Osage Drive abutting lots 1, 2) 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, Block 3, Likens Foster
(Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101jto 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kans4s,
1948.
Section 2. E�I'FECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its publication once in the official city paper.
