An Ordinance providing for the vacation of all streets, alleys,
easements and all other types of dedications in the plat of Welling
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it Ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Selina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the streets, alleys, easements and all other type
of edication in the plat of Welling Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, excepting and reserving however, all such streets, alleys,
easements and other dedications shown in the drawing and dedicated
in the Certificate of Plat to Sunset Village Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas, be and they are hereby vacated.
Section 2._ This ordinance shall take effect and he in force from and after its
publication once in tte official City paper.
