Lot 11, Block 1 ACCESS EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~'~'"'~ day of May ,2001, by and between
JUSTIN R. ROGERS, a single person, Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA,
a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto said Parties of the Second Part an access easement in, over and across a
certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First Part more particularly described as
follows:
A tract of land located in Lot 11, less the east two (2) feet there of, Block One (1),
C, ollege View Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as
follows:
The east ten (10) feet of the north sixty-five (65) feet of Lot 11, less the east two (2)
feet thereof, Block One (1), College View Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
The above described parcel of land contains 650 square feet more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of said Parties of the Second Part, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of providing access for vehicles,
equipment, and personnel necessary to maintain a public water supply well and all
appurtenances.
