AN ORDINCB providing for and creating the office of Assistant Clerk of the City Court of
Salina, and fixing the salary for such office, and repealing Ordinance Number 6031.
BS IT ORdAIJW by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. ftat there is hereby created the office of assistant Clerk of the City
Court of Salina, and that the Marshal of the City Court shall be ex -officio, such assistant
clerk of said court whose duties shall be to aid and assist the clerk of said court in
preparing the records ani entries of orders and judgements made and entered by the judge of
said court and to aid and assist the clerk of said court in the collection of court costs

due to said court. The salary of such assistant clerk of said court shall be $1.00.00 per
month.
Section 2. RCPZkL, That Ordinance Number 6031 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon its adoption and
publication once in the official city paper, effective June 1, 1958.
