AN ORDINANCE providin& for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of Certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for hhe amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with; and SO NOW
THEREFORE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
I
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lot 6'Iomers First Sub -Division in
the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
Lots 2 to 21, inclusive,
in Block 1; and Lots 1 to 16, inclusive,
in Block 2; and Lots 1 to 30, inclusive,
in Block 4; and Lots 1 to 9, inclusive,
in Block 5; and Lots 1 to 8, inclusive,
in Block 6; and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 5 in
Block 7; all in Holiday Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL' BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
