AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. VACATION. EAST LAKE DRIVE. That East Lake Drive from the south line of
Iron Avenue to the east line of of the intersection of Mount Barbara Road and West Lake Drive,
in said City, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. REVERSION. That said portions of said streets vacated, as aforesaid, shall
revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance'shall be in full force and effect

from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
