AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT a=AINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to -wit:
Construction of curb type sidewalk in the East
Parking of Front Street from the south line of
Guernsey Drive to the north line of East Prescott
Road, in said City and agutting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, and 6, in Garden Homes Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
