AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of North and South Alleys within the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the North and South Alleys abutting:
Lots 1 to 20, inclusive, in Block 4.
Lots 1, 3, 5, and 7 to 28, inclusive, in Block 5.
Lots 15, 17, 19, and 21 to 28, inclusive, in Block 6.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, in Block 3.
Lots 1, and 3 to 16, inclusive, in Block 2.
Lots 11, 13, 15, and 17 to 26, inclusive, in Block 1.
all in Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and are hereby
vacated; provided however, that the City reserves the right to consturct, repair and
maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility
lines in said alleys.
Section 2. That the alleys hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations
aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city paper.
