6226 Vacate Street ROW� t L ,NA ORDINANCE NUMBER Y (Published in The Salina Journal (3 f�, z.5- , 1958) AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets and portions of streets in the City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Connissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. VACATION. GRANT AVENUE. That that part of Grant Avenue from the north line of Railroad Avenue to the south line of Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, in said city, be and it is hereby vacated. Section 2. VACATION. GARFIELD AVENUE. That Garfield Avenue from the north line of I Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to the south line of Prospect Avenue, in said city, be and it is hereby vacated. Section 3. VACATION. ARTHUR AVENUE. That Arthur Avenue from the north line of Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to the south line of Prospect Avenue, and Arthur Avenue from the north line of Prospect Avenue to the south line of Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, in said city, be and it is hereby vacated. I Section 4. VACATION. CLEVELAND AVENUE. That Cleveland Avenue from the north line of Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to the south line of Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, in said city be and it is hereby vacated. Section 5. VACATION. PROSPECT AVENUE. That Prospect from the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, in said city, be and it is hereby vacated. Section 6. REVERSION. That said portions of said streets vacated, as aforesaid, shall revert to the adjacent property as provided by law. Section 7. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
