AN ORDINANCE prodding for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain unplatted tract of land described as the Northwest Quarter (NW -,4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SWC), Section Eighteen (18), Township (14) Range 2, except the
north 795 feet and the west 250 feet thereof, and the Southweet Quarter (SW;j) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4), Section Eighteen, (18), Township Fourteen (14), Range 2 except the west 250 feet
thereof; and the north 200 feet of the Northwest Quarter (NWg) Section Nineteen (19), township
Fourteen (14), Range 2 except the west 250 feet thereof, and that part of Southeast Quarter
(SE�) of the Southwest Quarter (SW.1), Section Eighteen (18), Township Fourteen (14), Range 2
lying south of the north line of Crawford Avenue, all west of the Sixth Principal Meridian,

Saline County, Kansas, so situated that two-thirds (2/3) of a line or boundary lies upon or
touches the boundary of the existing city limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 795 feet south and 250 feet
east of the one-quarter corner of the west line of Section
18, Township 14 South, Range 2 west of the Sixth Principal
Meridian; thence south following a line which is 250 feet
east of the west line of Sections 18 and 19 to a point 200
feet south of the north line of said Section 19; thence east
following a line 200 feet south of the north line of said
Section 19 to the intersection of the one-quarter section
j line of said Section 19; thence north following said one-
quarter line to the north line of Crawford Avenue; thence
west following the north line of Crawford Avenue to the
west one -sixteenth line of said Section 18; thence north
following said one -sixteenth line to a point 795 feet south
of the center line of Greeley Avenue which also is the east -
west quarter line of said Section 18; thence west along a
line ?95 feet south of the center line of Greeley Avenue to
the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby incorporated within the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
