ORDINANCE NUMBER 621P -

AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KIQNSAS:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION. That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby
ordered that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the
inside line of said sidewalks shall be next to the back of curb on the following described
property, to -wit:
Construction of curb type sidewalk in the South
parking of Cloud Avenue from the West line of
Roberts Avenue to the East line of Haskett Avenue
in said City and abutting Lots 1, 20, 21, 22, and
23, in Block 5, Ingermanson Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

Construction of curb type sidewalk in the South
parking of Cloud Avenue, starting at a point on
West property line of Lot 8, Block 3, Talley
Addition to the West line of Beach Street; thence
in the West parking of Beach Street to the North
line of Winona Street; thence in the North parking
of Winona Street to the West property line of Lot 12,
Block 3, Talley Addition in said City and abutting
lots 1 to 8 inclusive and 12 to 19 inclusive in
Block 3, Talley Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
Construction of curb type sidewalk in the South
parking of Cloud Avenue from the East line of
Beach Street to the West line of Dover Drive, thence
in the West parking of Dover Drive to the East line
of Winona Street; thence in the North Parking of
Winona Street to the East line of Beach Street; thence
in the East parking of Beach Street to the South
line of Cloud.Avenue in said City and abutting Lots
1 to 11 inclusive in Block 2, Talley Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as
provided by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1948.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its publication once in the official city paper.
