ORDINANCE NUMBER 6216

AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina,
Kansas, have come to pass, AND NOW,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following Lots located in a certain tract of land platted into
Lots and Blocks, and known as Claremont Addition and lying in the Northeast Quarter (NE4)
of the Southeast Quarter (SE,',) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range 2 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, so situated that two -Thirds (2/3) of a line
or boundary lies upon or touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the
City of Salina, Kansas described as follows:
Lots 2, 3, 41 and 5 in Block 7; Lots 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Block 3, Claremont
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby incorporated
within the limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
