AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance 5549 and the Zoning District
Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within
the eity and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied AWWW; and SO NOW,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Amendment. DISTRICT "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, and all of Lot 3 except
the south 100 feet thereof in Surveyor's Plat G
in the City of Salina, be rezoned from Zone "B"
to Zone "F".
shall become a part of District "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
