AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain portion of the right-of-way for
utilities in Ingermanson Heights, within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The vacating of a part of a utility easement which is 10 feet wide in hots
1 and 14, Block 7, Ingermanson Heights Addition, City of Salina, Kansas, the center line of
which is more accurately described as follows: Beginning at the north corner common to said
Lots 1 and 14; thence south following the boundary line between said Lots 1 and 14 to a point
which is 30 feet north of the south line of said Lot 141 and 18 feet north of the south line
of said Lot 1.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper and upon a copy hereof duly
certified by the City Claek as having been published, being recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds.
