Lot 6, Block 4 EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE made this -- (Jay of December, 1992, by and
between RY-CO, INC., Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do
by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the
Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned
by the Party of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Lot 6, Block 4, Austin Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas described as follows:
The north ten (10) feet of Lot 6, Block 4, Austin Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas.
The above described parcel of land contains 1,160.00 square feet more
or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the
Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the
purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and
maintaining public utilities, in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto set
