6197 Zone Duvall StreetCONSOLIDAi£.D-J 11UNA 1 ORDINANCE NUMBER 6197 (Published in The Salina Journal; vs6 yrs/fie ; j 5 , 1957 ) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map and the rezoning of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied as a; and SO, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. Amendment. DISTRICT "G", HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be.and it is hereby amended so that the following described property', be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 81 745.55 feet north of the south line of the Southwest Quarter of Section Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) west of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, thence north along right-of- way line 466.15 feet to the south side of Beverly Street; thence west along the south line of Beverly Street 519.78 feet to the east side of Duvall Street; thence south 466.15 feet along the east line of Duvall Street; thence 519.78 feet east of the point of beginning, is hereby rezoned to Zone "G", in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. shall become a part of District "G", HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and proiided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Heavy Industrial District, as aforesaid. Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication and adoption once in the official city paper.
