ORDINANCE NUMBER 6183

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the paoper uses thereof.
WAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, herein after described has been timely complied as a; and SO, NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Amendment. DISCRICT "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Lots 145,147, 149, and 151, on Fourth Street
in the Original Town of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, from Zone "C" to Zone "F".
shall become a part of District "F", Light Industrial District. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as

made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial
District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
