RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4225
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF THE STORM WATER DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE SOUTH 325'
OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, LUNDBERG ADDITION; AND THE VACATION OF THE
WEST 20 FEET OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 2,
BLOCK 1, LUNDBERG ADDITION.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk by
Pastor Loren D. Houltberg, Emmanual Foursquare Church, petitioner, requesting
the vacation of the storm water drainage easement on the South three hundred
twenty-five feet (325') of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Lundberg Addition; and
the vacation of the West Twenty (20) feet of the utility easement along the east
line of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Lundberg Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
such vacation of the storm water drainage easement on the South three hundred
twenty-five feet (325') of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Lundberg Addition; and
the vacation of the West Twenty (20) feet of the utility easement along the east
line of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Lundberg Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the petition will be presented to the
Governing Body of the City for a hearing on September 10, 1990, and that at
such time and place all persons interested can appear and be heard under the
petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
20th day of August, 1990.
