AN OIRDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comdasioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIDEWALK LOCATION That due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered

that all sidewalks hereafter constructed and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be next to back of curb on the following described property,
to-wit:
South side of McAdams Road from the West line of Sunrise
Drive to the East line of Kenison Road, abutting Lots 1,
3 and 4 in Block 2, Morningside Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
South side of Leslie Avenue from East line of Simmons
Street to the West line of Fourth Street.
East side of Simmons Street from the South line of Leslie
Avenue to the North line of Wayne Avenue.
North side of Wayne Avenue from the East line of Simmons
Street to the West line of Fourth Street.

West side of Fourth Street from the North line of Wayne
Avenue to the south line of Leslie Avenue.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided]
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
