AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Humber 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and So, HOW
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B"to SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
The rezoning of Lots 8, 9, and 10, in Block 4, and
the rezoning of Lots 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, and 2o, in
Block 5, and the rezoning of Lots 25, 26, 27, in Block
6, all in Circle Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT, That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Nvaber 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
tLd.option and publication once in the official city paper.
