AN ORDINANCZ providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WMUMAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO, NOW
TFMMRE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. AMMMMENT, DISTRICT "B"r. SECOND DWELIING ROUSE DISTRICT: That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
j Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby ase1
TO that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
The rezoning of the East Half () of Lot Thirty-three
(33) and all of Lot ThirtyPive35) on Russell Avenue
in the Addition to the Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan

University from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
The reserving of Lots One (1) through Sight (8) inclusive in
Vanderbilt Addition from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
All in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
shall become a part of District "B'% SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICP. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, tri us and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling

House District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
