AN ORDINANCE describing the place of installation of certain sidewalks in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAI1t+ED by the Boated of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. SIMCWALK LOCATION. THat due to unusual physical facts it is hereby ordered
tbat all sidewalks Wreafter donstractod and installed shall be placed so that the inside
line of said sidewalks shall be wzt to back of curb on the following described property,
to -Vitt
Horth Parking of Beloit Avenue from the Vest line of Lewis
Avenue to the east line of Roach Street, Cls►flin Addition
in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
That all such construction or installation shall be otherwise made and completed as provided
by Section 23-1101 to 23-1110, both inclusive, Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1948.
Section 2—. ZMCTIVE DAA that this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
