6311 Zone Kraft Manor AdditionCONSI)LIDATED-SALINA ORDINANCE NUMBER 6311 (Published in The Salina Journal f J0,r-G J'1 0 , 1959 ) AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning of certain lands therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lot 1, except the South 60 feet, Block 6, Kraft Manor Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B". Lot 6, in Block 3 of the Replat of lits 1 to 15, inclusive, Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B". shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Second Dwelling House District, as aforesaid. Section 2. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Lots 17, 19, and 21, in Block 3, Van Trines Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "B" to Zone "C". shall become a part of District "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Apartment District, as aforesaid. Section A. ANM*ZNT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina.. Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 9, Riker Addition, thence North 140 feet; thence West 417 feet, thence South 140 feet, thence East 417 feet to point of beginning to Zone "D" . West 24 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Beebe's Second Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "C" to Zone "D". Lot 5, in Plat 1 of Lamer Sub -Division to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, to Zone "D". CO\EOL'DATE,D-SALINA I shall become a part of District "D". LOCM, BUSIIQSSS DISTRICT. That the use of said i described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions, and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District, as aforesaid. Section 4. RAt this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
