LYDATED-SALINA it C F� 1R 6305 (Published in The Salina Journal {{ 4.� r c_� �� 1959) AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of North and South Alleys within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, BE IT ORllAINED BY the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the North and South Alley between Grant Avenue and Garfield Avenue and abutting Lata 13 to 28 inclusive in Block 12, all in Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and is hereby vacated; provided however, that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said alley. Section 2. That the North and South Alley between Garfield Avenue and Arthur Avenue and abutting Lots 1 to 14 inclusive in Block 6, and Lots 27 and 28 in Block 11 all in Morris Addition to hhe City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and is hereby vacated, provided however, that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said alley. Section 3. That the North and South Alley between Arthur Avenue and Cleveland Avenue and abutting Lot 5, and Lots 7 to 28 inclusive in Block 7 all in Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is herety vacated, provided however, that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said alley. Section 4. That the North and South Alley between Cleveland Avenue and Chester Street and abutting Lots 15 and 17 and Lots 19 to 28 inclusive in Block 8 and abutting Lots 1 to 10 in Block 1, all in Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated, provided however, that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, water iines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said alley. Section 5. That the Alleys hereby vacated shall revert, subject to the reservations aforesaid, to the adjoining land as provided by law. Section 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
