AN 01MINANCE providing for the vacation of certain streets in the City of Salina, Kansas.
l BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. VACATION. LINCOLN AVENUE, That Lincoln Avenue from the east line of
Second Street to the West line of Front Street in said City, be and it is hereby vacated,
subject to the reservations of any utility rights needed by the City.

Section 2. VACATION. GRANT AVENt>E.That Grant Avenue from the south line of Railroad
Street to the South line of ATLSF Railroad Company right-of-way, in said City, be and it is
hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights needed by the City.
Section 3. VACATION. RAILROAD AVENUZp That Railroad Avenue from the East line of
Grant Jftnue to the South line of AMW Railroad Company right-of-way, in setd City, be and
it is hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights needed by the City.
Section 4. VACATION. GARFIELD AVENUE. That Garfield Avenue from the north line of AT&V
Railroad CMpany right-of-way to the South line of AMSF Railroad
Company Mght-of-way,
in said City, be and it is hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights
needed by the City.
Section 5. VACATION. AYMM AVS. That ARthur Avenue from the north line of ATLSF
Railroad Company Mght-of-way to the south line of STSM Railroad Company right-of-way, in
said City, be and it is hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights needed
by the City.
Section 6. VACATION, CI LAND AVENUE, That Cleveland Avenue from the north line of
AT&SF Railroad Company right-of-way to the south line of AT&SF Railroad Campany right-of-way
in said City, be and it is hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights
needed by the City.
:lection 7. VACATION. PROSPECT AVZM. That Prospect Avenue from the North line of
AIMF Railroad Company right-of-way to the west line of Chester Street, in said City, be
and it is hereby vacated, subject to the reservation of any utility rights needed by the City.
Section 8. RhVERSION, That said portions of said streets vacated, as aforesaid, shall
revert to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 9. EMCTIVE DATE. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
