AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain easement in Block 8, Belmont Addition in
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BN IT OMAIIW by the Board of Comi.ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. VACATION. A twenty foot right of way easement adjoining lots 1 to 91
inclusive, in Block 8, Belmont Addition in the said City, be and it is hereby vacated, subject
to the reservation of any utility rights needed by the City.
Section 2. FCVJMION. That said portions of said tract vate"d, as aforesaid, shall
retort to the adjacent property as provided by law.
Section 3. IMCTIVE DATE, That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
