AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
ASS all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW.,

BE IT OFMAIM by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AUNT. DISTRICT "D'. LCAL BWMM DISTRICT.that the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as apart of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
j be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
Bast 205 feet of Lot Seven (7) in Plat "D"
Lot Six (6) in Plat "D".
Lot Five (5) in Plat "D".
South Half (4) of Lot Three (3) in Berks Addition.
North Half (ND of Lot Three (3) and all Lot Teo (2) in
Berks Addition.
South Ralf (SJ) of Lot One (1) in Berks Addition.
East 250 feet of the North Half (*J) of Lot One (1)
in Berks Addition.
Ust 60 feet of the West 130 feet of the North $alb' (Ni)
of Lot One (1) in Berks Addition and the East 60 feet of
Lot One (1), Block Five, in Beebe's Addition.
West 65 feet of Lot One (1), Block Five (5), in Beebe's
Addition, and the West 65 feet of the North Half (NJ)
of Lot One (1) in Berk's Addition.

All of the above described property in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, be rezoned from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
shall becs a part of District "D". LOCAL BUaMMS QCT. That the Use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made
and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
