iAN ORDIRANCEproviding for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS all conditions precedent for Me amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW.,
TMEMEFORN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Hoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AUNT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
The rezoning of Lot 7, Block 4; Lot 5, Block 5; and Lot 7,
Block 6, all in Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
shall become a part of District "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions andlimitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District,
as aforesaid.
Section 2. AN�l, DISTRICT "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby awuW" me tiat the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
The rezoning of Lots 1 to 6 inclusive in Block 4 and Lots 1
to 4 inclusive in Block 5 and Lots 1 to 6 inclusive in Block
6 all in Shalimar Plaza Addition to the City of Salina, Saline

County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "B".
shall become a part of District "B". SECOND DWELLING HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as
made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Stpood'Dialling
House District, as aforesaid.
Section 3- That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
