AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
Ktbin the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map the rezoning
of certain lands within, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "F% LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows; to -wit:
The rezoning of the following property commencing at a point at the
Southeast corner of the intersection of Dover and Winona Streets; thence
running along the Southwest Property line of Lot 5, Block 1, Talley Addition
to a point of intersection of said line with the Missouri Pacific Right-of-
way; thence in a southwesterly direction along said right-of-way line to a
point of intersection with the South City Limits line of the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, thence in a Westerly direction to a point of
intersection of said City Limits Line with an extension of the East right-
of-way line of Dover Street; thence in a northeasterly direction along such
imaginary line to the point of beginning at the intersedtion of Winona and
Dover Streets, from Zone "A" to Zone "F".
The rezoning of Tracts 2, 3, and 4, in Surveyor's Plat 51 from Zone "A" to
Zone "F".
shall become a part of District "F", LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said described
property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Light Industrial District,
as aforesaid.
Section 2. AMDN WNT. DISTRICT "D". LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning District
Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance
Number 5549, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned
as follows, to -wit:
Rezoning of the North Twenty-five (25) feet of the West One Half (W2 -
of Lot 7, Plot One (1) in Lamer's Sub -Division lying South and West of
Ue S. Highway 81 By-pass in Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
And all that part of the West One Half (W-ff) of Lot Four (4), Plot One (1)
in Lamer's Sub -Division lying South and West of U. S. 81 By-pass in Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A" to Zone "D".
become a part of District "D". Local Business District. That the use of said described

provided for in said Ordinance Number 5549 with reference to the Local Business District,
as aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its publication
and adoption once in the official city paper.
